Alexandra Maiolini is the Managing Attorney in the Fort Myers office of Davis & Associates.
Ms. Maiolini attended Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, and graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Economics Interdisciplinary with minors in Accounting and Psychology. After graduation, she moved to Florida to attend Ave Maria School of Law. She served as an Associate Editor and as Notes Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review. She studied abroad at Oxford University between her first and second years of law school.
Ms. Maiolini graduated *cum laude* and became licensed in both Florida and Washington D.C..
Licensed and in good standing in Illinois.
Brendan Davis attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, for his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Loyola University Miami School of Law for his Juris Doctor.
Prior to starting his own firm, Brendan managed a large, multi-jurisdictional consumer law firm. He is now bringing all he learned to his own practice to help secure and protect his clients’ futures.

Where do I begin?! We were looking for a good lawyer for family court case after fighting for child custody for 4.5 years. We met Alex in November.
2024 . Alex was not only an advocator but she was also a friend and mentor to us. Alex went beyond and above to help our case out.
